The hits on my website went off the charts when I posted the video of Sagi Kalev and Brandon Bass working out together.

Since you liked that clip so much I decided to do you one better, though the darned embeddable image option is disabled around the above link so that we can’t see the You Tube Television screen framing the handsome hunk in the video.  I don’t know this model’s name since his film is listed only as Sexy Muscle Man (Exercising by the Pool) or something generic like that. I was too busy trying to keep my jaw from dropping and my tongue from hanging out to remember the You Tube title. 

Until I joined You Tube and started trolling for videos, I didn’t realize how sexy body builders could be. I like men with strength, tone, and definition, but was never keen on the oversized masses of muscle some men become. The guy in this video, though, knocked my socks off.  He’s capable of knocking other things off too, but I’m a married woman, so I can only say “wow,” point the way, and share this video clip with you. Wait ’till you see the shower scene. Whew!

I tried to scoff. Really. I did. I tried to turn away from incredible body building hunks Sagi Kalev and Brandon Bass on You Tube. But I’m only human. And weak-willed when it comes to handsome, beautifully sculpted men. I’m unabashedly heterosexual, and these guys left me breathless. The only other half-naked guy that’s done that to me lately is the cover model for MOTORCYCLE HEAT. Does Sagi Kalev drive a Harley like the hero in my book? If so, he might just be perfect!

My friend Judi Fennell, a finalist in the American Title III Contest and a talented writer, just got back from the Romantic Times Convention with an empty box of promo items for MOTORCYCLE HEAT. I wasn’t able to attend the RT Convention, but Judi was kind enough to bring a huge case of toy motorcycle keyrings attached to my bookmarks to Promo Alley for me. Apparently, my give-aways were a huge hit, because all 300 items were gone in just a few hours. Someone even took my poster. I wish I’d sent more! 

I’m grateful for the cooperative nature of women. As the countdown to the release date of my debut novel MOTORCYCLE HEAT begins, I’m reminded of the long list of women who have helped me on the road to publication. Despite being in the competitive business of publishing, other generous authors have been willing to extend a hand or offer a leg up each critical step of the way. From mentors and critique partners at the start of the manuscript, to the more established author friends who linked my website to theirs after my book sold, supportive women have surrounded me.
